Hamly's delivered a fantastic tensile structure that now provides essential shade and weather protection for our school courtyard. The quality of the polyester fabric and the metal artistry are clearly top-notch—it looks robust and professionally built, exactly as specified. The design process was collaborative and the cost was very competitive for the final product we received. The only reason for the 4-star rating is a slight, week-long delay in the final installation schedule due to an unexpected material sourcing issue. However, the communication about the delay was prompt and honest, and the team worked diligently to complete the project quickly once the materials arrived. The final result is excellent, and we are very happy with the durability and look of the new canopy
